CBS Austin: Austin Energy is Behind on Tree Trimming

We opened the books on Austin's city checkbook when the city lost power due to an ice storm this past February. We found that 3 vendors spent $12.3 million on tree trimming. Despite the funding, Austin Energy is STILL behind on its tree trimming.
