This is a 10-part series, about 11 minutes each for under 2 hours. You will learn a lot from this 1:50 lecture. This will empower everyone to restoring sovereignty, restoring citizenship, restoring the republic and correcting the errors and fraud in America.

Sovereignty is the key concept which all economic, political and legal systems revolve. This will go over the historical events that has all but removed our status of a sovereign citizen.

The president doesn’t control what happens in Washington DC, the bankers are the ones with the true power.

You will learn how the legal system works and what Jurisdiction they operate under and how to use this legal system to our advantage to reclaiming our rights.

What is Sovereignty?

Sovereignty is the source of authority from which all laws and government arise.

In Europe, the sources of sovereignty were the monarchs, kings, queens and the pope. If they decreed something it was law.

Sovereigns create the laws, create the states, create the banks, create the governments all for the purpose of serving the sovereignty – created by the sovereign to serve the sovereignty.

The sovereigns of Europe, the Kings, Queens and Popes set up a trust structure which all the assets of the nation were subject to that trust.

America is unique. The people coming to America were fleeing the tyrannical systems of sovereignty in Europe.

They set up the Sovereign to be the Citizen, not the King, Queen or Pope.

The American system of law begins with the Declaration of Independence and the Articles of Confederation. The American Revolution was fought to defend the Declaration of Independence. The Treaty of Peace with Great Britain was at the conclusion of the American Revolution.

America thus was founded with the Sovereignty vested in BOTH the Citizen and the State.

We must understand the Constitution was derived from the Declaration of Independence, the Articles of Confederation and the Treaty of Peace with Great Britain.

The constitution and sovereignty were created by WE THE PEOPLE.

WE THE PEOPLE are the Sovereigns in the Constitutional Republic.

This is what makes the United States of America unique from all other systems of law and governance in the world.

This was the FIRST time in History that the COMMON people were Sovereign. They were used to being subjects, slaves, serfs, indentured to the sovereignty of the King, Queen or Pope.

The New World Order and their factions, the EU, UN and the WHO has been controlling the CFR and Government, slowly removing the sovereignty of the people by making them dependent on the government. A sneaky way of returning us to the slavery of our ancestors.

The government is doing everything to make citizens dependent and remove independence.

So, buckle up, get a pen and notepad, it’s going to be a wild ride.
