Discussion of Today’s Ruling on the Pistol Brace Ban

Judge Reed O'Connor jsut ruled on the ATF pistol brace ban. He only had to rule on the merits of the claims as related to the Administrative Procedures Act (APA); however, he took the opportunity to lambast the government on Second Amendment grounds for nearly the entire decision. In doing so he laid a trap for the anti-American forces in our government. This could end up being an NFA Challenge.
