The issue from April 2023... the most recent Law inside of it... December 7, 2020, who was the President?

If "Biden" was President... how come he has not one single Law, Order, Act, Code, Fart, Sniffle, Stammer, or Stubbed Toe inside directives that show a Continuity of Government now called a Continuity of Operations Plan with a Presidential Policy Directive?

Those are current BIPARTISAN Legislation. If "he" has not one anything in it... why's the Government still issuing Continuity Directives of Reconstitution with a Presidential Policy Directive - 40 in them?

Who's the dang President if "Biden" has not one single anything in any of those?

Why's CIC Trump's Laws inside them?
