DLC or Reboot? | Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty

Cyberpunk is finally in the form it deserves, better perk system, more simply crafting, and new game mechanics. I've been really looking forward to this dlc for a long time. I sneak my way into Dog Town to save the President from some bad guy goons, and display professional level combat expertise.
