ALERT - EAS BROADCAST 10-4-2023 - Should We Be Concerned?

There is a scheduled broadcast of the Emergency Alert System for October 4, 2023 starting at 2:18 p.m. Eastern Time Zone.

Some have claimed that this alert will be emitting a frequency through 5g towers which will potentially harm unsuspecting people who are more vulnerable.

Is there any truth to this claim? Is this just a normal test of the alert system or is something else going on?
