Still recovering from my broken neck, but feel good enough to stream a bit

Well as the title suggest, I am defiantly still in recovery. But so far this week I have noticed I am actually feeling better. I feel like I have finally turned the corner and starting the long road of getting full movement and all my strength back. Please if you can, help us out financially if at all possible.
