The title says it all. Ironically, most doctors will say that there's one specific thing that clearly did not cause the injury/death (jabby_ jabby) … but then they'll admit in the very next breath that they don't know what did actually caused it. Is that where 'science' is in 2023? We used to call that propaganda masquerading as truth/fact.
