Libyan losing hope in search for missing family

Abdulsalam al-Kadi has lost hope of finding his father and brother alive three weeks after devastating floods in the Libyan city of Derna, but he won't give up searching for their bodies. He is among many who have still found no trace of their loved ones. Lucy Fielder has more.
