Here's the recipe:
1 lb of ground beef
1 lb of stew meat
1/2 lb of bacon
2 cups of beef bone broth
Optional:
1 tbsp of tomato paste
1 tbsp of chili powder
1 tbsp of garlic powder
1 tbsp of onion powder
We added the tomato paste, garlic powder and chili powder. Altogether it was like 8 grams of carbs for the entire pot.
Also, fry your bacon and then add the bacon fat to the pot.
You can also add shredded cheese and/or sour cream as toppings in your cup/bowl if you'd like.
