Smart Connect℠ networking events are designed to provide the opportunity for face-to-face meetings in breakout rooms for the purpose of getting connected in a more meaningful way. Remember, we're not here to sell to one another.... we're here to build relationships!

Allow time for your connections to flourish into relationships. Being genuine, sincere, transparent and authentic is a prerequisite to successful networking. Here’s how the meeting will be run:

5-7 min - Introduction & guidance on how to network in your breakout rooms
45 min - Networking in breakout rooms: 2 to 3 people per room for 7 total minutes
5-7 min - Regroup for sharing and wrapping up

Some simple rules:

- No selling of your products or services
- You will have 7 minutes with another individual, use this time to get to know them and find out if you want to further your connection after the meeting in a 1:1 setting!
- You must have a working camera in order to join and you’ll be expected to leave the camera on throughout the entirety of the meeting (this is a face-to-face networking opportunity after all!)
- Please time block the entire hour to be present and engaged
