Motorcyclist smashes car rear window with child in backseat😮🤦‍♂️

This young woman had her rear window smashed in by a motorcyclist with her child in the backseat! 😮🤦‍♂️
The shocking bit was when she confronted him, he pulled a gun on her.
I understand this happened in Philadelphia.
Why did he do this??
