Are "the intent to go armed " clause, and Article 1 § 26 of the TN Constitution, unconstitutional?

The recent New York State Rifle & Pistol Assn., INC. v. BRUEN case brings to closure what 2nd Amendment advocates in Tennessee have been arguing for decades, if not centuries, that the infringements of the 2nd Amendment rights of Tennesseans by the General Assembly of Tennessee are invalid and unconstitutional.
The "intent to go armed" clause of the TCA Code, 39-17-1307 (a) (1) is in direct contravention to Heller, McDonald and Bruen. These issues have been raised in testimony at the General Assembly of Tennessee, and read into their Journal, yet the legislature, the governor and the judiciary of Tennessee have not taken steps to rectify this wrong.
