A Solo Hiking Adventure - Holy Island

Join me as I hike Holy Island near Belford, Northumberland.
This very popular 9km circular is generally considered a moderately challenging route and takes an average of 2 hours to complete
With a mix of sights, both natural and historic, this route makes for a lovely day out. Take in beaches, the castle, and the village as you make your way round. There is an abundance of wildlife in the area so keep your eyes out for birds, deer, and seals. Take care on the rougher sections and be aware of tide times for safe access to the beaches.
