Water leak

Ah landlord life, I️ never quite understand why the easy fixes go untouched. The water must have been running for a week, luckily the tenants pay the water bill here. I️ talked with the city and they will credit some off the next bill bc I got it fixed so fast, thankfully.
Make sure you our your property manager check in with your tenants. A $15 dollar part cost the tenants a few hundred bucks.
