How many times have you felt that after endlessly pouring into someone, they revert to old habits, only to come running back for your resources when in need? This cycle, where individuals temporarily alter their behaviors for gains and then revert, is where discernment becomes crucial.
Drawing from scripture, we learn that Jesus advises not to 'cast your pearls before swine.' It's vital to understand that while we are called to help, we must discern where our energies are best spent, and when it might be time to move on. Our primary mission? To assist those genuinely seeking and receptive to the Gospel. I pray that the Holy Spirit grants you wisdom in navigating these challenges and blesses you abundantly.
