Recently, another decoy was decoying David. Bikers Against Predators & People vs Preds, so with teamwork PVP & BAP was able to work with Law Enforcement to have David arrested. he's out on bail!

👉David traveled from Los Angeles, Ca to Vista, Ca on public transportation to rape a 13 yr. old girl (decoy). He made reservations for motel6 and showed up to the meeting place but due to the nature of this case with him showing signs of hostility, aggression & unstable mental state we didn’t feel it was appropriate to expose in person for everyone’s safety without his arrest. At the time of meeting up a Vista Sheriff's patrol car did show up and it spooked him. We did speak to the officer, and they weren’t able to help with this case because San Diego County won't prosecute civilian run team cases.

👉In our conversation during the video call he kept using the excuse that he felt he didn’t do anything illegal since she didn’t show up. He also blamed this on his mental illness.
