Premier Scott Moe explains his decision to recall the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan early in order to pass legislation on his government's school pronoun policy.
"We're going to notwithstand that legislation because of these collision of charter and non-charter rights to provide clarity for families, children and parents across the province, for teachers in our classrooms, for the implementation plans that our school divisions are working on."
