The Australian Electoral Commission has a blanket rule. Do not use purple as it may deceive voters to think it is an official endorsement.

So why is the Yes Campaign allowed to use it?

Craig Kelly faced the wrath of the AEC who went to the Federal Court on election eve 2022 to try and force Kelly to take down all his signs because they argued his authorisation font size 8 was too small. It wasn't.

Court costs are estimated to exceed $1 million that the taxpayer had to wear.

I spoke to former Hughes MP Craig Kelly today about this and the chances of the Voice succeeding and what it means if it fails.
