Black Sapphire is a large skyscraper located in Dogtown. It is the headquarters of Barghest and Kurt Hansen's home.

Originally part of the resort project of Pacifica, Black Sapphire was constructed by HFS and was scheduled to open in 2065.

The club located at the top of the building lures in elite people from all over the world. It is a place to make all kinds of shady deals under the watchful eye of Kurt.

Phantom Liberty is a new spy-thriller adventure for Cyberpunk 2077. Return as cyber-enhanced mercenary V and embark on a high-stakes mission of espionage and intrigue to save the NUS President. In the dangerous district of Dogtown, you must forge alliances within a web of shattered loyalties and sinister political machinations. Do you have what it takes to survive?

Dogtown is the brand new location you’ll get to explore in Night City for the Phantom Liberty expansion. It’s located at the southern end of your map in Pacifica and features brand-new cyberpsychos, stalkers, gangs, and so much more. However, getting in is no easy feat, as you’ll discover in Phantom Liberty’s opening mission Dog Eat Dog.

This walled-off section of Night City is under the watchful eye of a man named Kurt Hansen, a former Militech soldier who’s now an arms dealer running Dogtown. With no NCPD in sight here, either, his loyal Barghest troops have stepped in to keep residents in line. As you enter into the Phantom Liberty expansion, you’ll get an immediate look at these trigger-happy followers of Kurt and feel the shift in power as you explore this wild new territory.

There’s also a variety of new locations to explore within Dogtown, including a black market called The Stadium, a nightclub called Heavy Hearts, and a hotel that’s a relic of Dogtown’s past called Eventide Resort and Spa.
