It's pretty funny to watch CNN's Jake Tapper openly scoff at AOC after she tries to defend U.S. Rep. Jamaal Bowman (D-N.Y.) trying to interfere in congressional proceedings.

Looks like Democrats really wanted a shutdown after all.
