Beyond Vengeance At "The Bar" In KC,KS - Saturday, September 30th, 2023

We went to a biker bar called The Bar in Kansas City, Kansas to watch Beyond Vengeance play a gig there on the outdoor back deck. These guys put on one hell of a show! Besides cover songs from other classic heavy metal bands, these guys let us hear a few of their own original songs, that sounds just as good! I was able to pull out my iPhone and get a few clips of them jamming during the show. I am very surprised on how well the iPhone microphone picks up the sound. I thought the audio would be overblown, since this band plays extremely loud, but somehow the iPhone microphone algorithms accommodate the loudness. Enjoy!

Beyond Vengeance was born out of 2 original members of the band Local Stranger. Rick Gillis and Art Kay have been playing in a band together for over 10 years.

Under the name Local Stranger there are 2 original CD's. The first CD, In the Shadows, and the second CD, Backstage Pass. They are currently being re-copyrighted and re-packaged under our current band name.

Beyond Vengeance is excited about our new CD, Jacked in the Head, coming soon. We are just getting out of the studio with it.

You can find as around KC. We have played in many Battles of the Bands, and played many venues i.e. Lake Las Vegas, Voodoo Lounge, Worth Harley Davidson, Beaumont Club, Roxy, All Star Rock Bar, Matchbox, The Scene, and Saloon #9.
