I ate ONLY Bacon for 7 days!! Here's what happened!

I ate absolutely nothing else but bacon for 7 days straight!

Why would I do this? Well, it is simple. I wanted to burn a lot of body fat in a short time frame! Bacon is one of the best; if not the best; foods for getting into Ketosis and staying there. With Macros at around 70% fat and 30% protein we can be sure we get into ketosis without tempting gluconeogenesis. Why do we want to prevent that? Simply to prevent hunger cravings! The best way to burn body fat is to not be thinking about food at all, and when our blood sugars go up, so too do our cravings. By forcing the body into deep ketosis and staying there, we can lose a lot of fat in a short time frame, and the best part is, its pretty easy to do!
