An Alternative Roswell Historical Theory

The #CIA was officially founded sept 18th 1947. The #National #Security Act of '47 which established and outlined what it would be was signed by Truman on July 26th. The #Roswell crash occurred on July 8th, 18 day prior. Dulles was on of the main architects of the OSS & he did most of that work in 1942 at a suspicious location...#Rockefeller Center. How much of a stretch would it be to ask if the man who had Truman sign off on #MKUltra before his name was even stenciled on his office day(3 days in) could have had something to do with the incident in Roswell just as the debates began to boil on exactly how much power he and his CIA would command?
