Intro Video For Case 8 - Defending My Liberties

On March 20th of 2023 myself and a friend were unlawfully arrested for "refuse to comply to a demand". We were ice fishing and enjoying/exercising our natural God-given unalienable rights.

We have been to court now 5 times (since this video was created) now and have observed some pretty shady stuff in the courtroom. Namely, when we identified ourselves, we did so with a Contructive Notice and Declaration i drafted - it states clearly and unequivocally who i am and who i am not. I did not provide any form of "corporate" government ID which i refer to as "slave ID". This document, according to the Supreme Court of Canada (unanimous judges in R v. Stinchombe), must be included in the Disclosure package - and they are not, meaning they are breaking the law. To make matters worse, the judge is playing a very shady game.

Our liberties have been under attack for a very long time and the agenda to slave mankind is excellerating a very fast pace. Every needs to learn and act. I am doing my part in exposing the corruption.
