Do You Really Need a Second Bachelor's Degree? Part 2: TRYING TO GET A PROMOTION

Do you really need to get a second bachelor’s degree if you're trying to get a promotion? Ask yourself these two questions in this video before making a decision.

Don’t automatically assume that you always need a corresponding education to get to a certain position. Becoming an SVP Marketing does not always mean that you need an undergraduate Marketing degree (although it may be beneficial in some cases). It’s not always that straightforward. In this video I will share with you my thoughts on what you need to do instead, that will help you to make progress.

There are some cases in which you have to get a second undergraduate degree, e.g. if you want to be able to work in certain regulated professions. But avoid getting a second degree just for the sake of degree accumulation. It’s just not worth it.
