Whole fish of your choice
A medium piece of ginger
8 to 9 cloves of garlic
6 to 8 chilies
1 teaspoon of turmeric powder

Salt as per your taste
1 tablespoon of corn flour
1 and a half tablespoons of gram flour
Water as required
