In Part 4, I revisit the testimony of FBI Special Agent Patrick Sanford. Sanford was co-lead investigator of the Dan Markel murder, along with TPD Detective Isom. In particular, Patrick Sanford is remembered for his leadership over the FBI "bump" and related electronic surveillance/wiretaps.
