Marie-Agnes Strack-Zimmermann, Chairwoman of the Defense Committee of the German Bundestag, called on the German government to provide Ukraine with long-range Taurus missiles because she believes that Ukraine has the right to attack targets on the territory of the Russian Federation.

Stating that the negotiations had lasted for six months and that everything had been carefully considered, Strack-Zimmermann said that delay would only prolong the suffering and that the German government should therefore speed up the supply of Taurus missiles to Ukraine.
