It was great to rip off the band-aid and get a track race under my belt. I didn't run quite as fast as I wanted to, but I know that I put everything I had into it. I was actually a lot less nervous than I was before the road race which was good. I was actually about to enjoy the lead-up to the race and appreciate the atmosphere at the track.
