Dear friends, this is a guided breathing session consisting of 4 rounds of 40 breaths each, with an on-screen timer and counter.
A relaxing 432 Hz music background will help you to go deeper with each retention.
Retention time starts from 1:30 and increases by 30s every next breath hold.
