RACE PACE WORKOUT + pushing through self doubt

I'm starting to do more VO2max and race pace type work, but this is a tough transition for me. Oh well, I just need to keep working and it'll come around. Also, the rain made this seem twice as intense so worth it (even though my hair got more tangled than a tumbleweed).
