My best workout of the year!

Yes, this was a lot of 200's. Yes, it was windy af. Yes, I may have brought up my bowel movements without being prompted. Just another day at the office. I am enjoying workouts so much, even though I do get nervous. I feel really strong these days, and that's exciting and motivating to me. For this workout, I give the splits in groups of 5 to make it easier to follow the progression. Also, the jog rest was 50-58 seconds, depending on how slow I jogged (most were about 55).
