Will I ever be able to properly pace a tempo? I don't know, but I think I'm making progress. This workout was pretty relaxed but also a step in the right direction. I'm so excited that I've had over a month of consistent running and workouts at this point. Unprecedented!! Also, I promise the next workout won't be a tempo lol
