BEST HIKE in Vancouver Island?! | British Columbia Vlog

Landslide Lake is one of the best hikes on Vancouver Island. This video is part of our British Columbia Road Trip series, and on our last day on Vancouver Island, we went for a very long hike to Landslide Lake, which is located on the Elk River Trail within Strathcona Provincial Park.

It usually takes around 7 to 8 hours to hike to Landslide Lake and return to the car park, it is doable in one day, which is what we did, but some people prefer to do it on a 2-day-hike and also visit the Glacier Lake. There are a couple campgrounds on the way to the lake.
