Chocolate cake with 3 layers, delicious, easy and fast, without mixer, without cream
Ingredients :-
Egg 2
Sugar 1/2 cup - 100 gm
Salt 1/4 tsp
Vanilla powder 1 tbsp
Oil 1/2 cup - 125 ml
Water 1 cup - 250 ml
All purpose flour 1 1/2 cup - 200 gm
Cocoa powder 4 tbsp
Baking powder 1 tbsp

Grease the pan size 26 cm with oil
Bake in preheated oven at 170C for 25 minutes

Coffee 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Milk 1/2 cup

Sugar 1/4 cup - 50 gm
Corn flour 4 tbsp
Milk 2 1/2 cup - 625 ml
Dark chocolate 100 gm
Vanilla essence 1 tsp

Sugar 1/4 cup - 50 gm
Corn flour 4 tbsp
Milk 2 1/2 cup - 625 ml
White chocolate 100 gm
Vanilla powder 1 tbsp

Milk 110 ml
Butter 1 tbsp
Milk chocolate 80 gm

Refrigerate for 3-4 hours
