Understanding the two hemispheres of our FE System

From within man's arc of horizon or dome of perspective, man can see both hemisphere star rotations from almost anywhere on Earth, it just depends on his latitude as to how much of each hemisphere he will get to see. What is clearly obvious to anyone (who cares to look, using stair trail photography) is there are two separate star trail rotations dividing the two hemispheres, with a small gap of separation near enough to the celestial equator. What most people have never realized, till I started to explain it to the world is that there are two separate celestial body motions mirrored from one another. This means there are two celestial paths or cycles over our earth at any one time, but man can only see one Sun or Moon cycle from within his arc of the horizon, depending on which hemisphere he is observing from.
The southern hemisphere stars are actually the same stars as in the north hemisphere except they are inverted, or inside out, in their circular cycle. If you imagine a glass cone shape of rotating stars and you're looking down into the cone, but then also have a perspective of looking from the other end of the cone, this is the difference,
