This was a fun and relaxed workout. I did 4x1600m at lactate threshold, aiming to keep my blood lactate below 2.5. I would have thought that I was going slower than tempo pace by how this felt, but that's why it's beneficial to use a lactate meter...it gives you the unbiased truth! Anyway, training is going well and I'm having a ton of fun with it. #LactateThreshold #AllieOstrander #theathletespecial
