It's the start of my next training block! I'm STOKED to be working towards a fast 5k...that means more speed work, shorter reps, faster paces, and the same old steady grind. In this video, I show my morning routine (including coffee, a stationary bike ride, oatmeal, and electrolytes), a hard track session of 1000m, 400m, and 300m repeats, my strength training routine, and of course a few mini dachshund cameos.
