RACING THE 15k USA CHAMPIONSHIP || Gate River Run 2023

In this video, I race the usatf national 15k road race championships. This is my first race as a pro runner for NNormal, and it was my first time racing anything longer than a 10k. I show you everything I did leading up to the race, including my last workout, travel, shakeout run, ice bath, and pre-race breakfast. I also show some clips of the race and add commentary about how I felt throughout the race and my thoughts on my overall performance.
