Challenging Treadmill Workout || 10x2min VO2Max

I'm figuring out my weaknesses (injury prone and not good at "changing gears"), and making an effort to target them in my training. This workout is a great way to target both because the incline of the treadmill reduces the impact force and increases the oxygen output. So, I'm able to run at a high intensity with low impact. This is also a nice way to increase the VO2 on a treadmill other than just ramping up the speed...I don't know about you, but I find that going faster than 5:20 on the treadmill feels like a literal sprint and is minorly terrifying. #TreadmillWorkout #AllieOstrander #theathletespecial
