In this video, I discuss my plans to race a half marathon and a 26 kilometer trail race. I talk about half marathon training and my preparation for these races. I also detail a threshold workout both on the road and treadmill. I give a glimpse into my training methods by showing a shakeout, mobility and core session, and a long bike workout.
