In this video, I talk about some changes to my week of training, my training schedule going forward, and some of my insecurities and frustrations with training. I also do my first "on foot" workout in 6 weeks! I do a threshold hike up Mailbox Peak, which is one of the hardest hikes in the Seattle Area. The trails near me aren't all that intense or technical, but I think mailbox is honestly incredible training for the European trail races I will do later this summer! Being able to hike and train is giving me new life and I'm finally seeing the light at the end of this injury tunnel! #AllieOstrander #nnormal #MailboxPeak
