This is the first track workout of my build-up to my next race! I'm just out here running and working on building specific fitness for a road race in March. I'm super excited to have a racing schedule and workout plan moving forward. In this workout, I do 600m repeats at race pace, which was a perfect introductory workout. The intensity will ramp up from here, but I'm ready for it. I love working hard and chasing goals. Be sure to subscribe so you can follow along!
