My half marathon race (Pikes Peak) is tomorrow morning! In this video, I show how I prepared for this race on a hard training day. That includes a threshold workout on the track, a bike shakeout, mobility routine, strength training workout, and recovery tools, food, and relaxation of course. I am feeling strong in training, so I'm looking forward to showcasing all my hard work this weekend.
