12 Mile Workout || Getting Ready to Race

This workout was a long and hard threshold session that ended up being over 12 miles long, with a lot of those miles under 5:40 per mile pace. I am finally starting to feel some fitness coming around, and it's super exciting! I did the workout on the track so that Spence and I could workout together, and I think the splits were accurate based on my lap paces. They might be a little bit off, but either way this is a super solid session for me, and I'm excited by how I am feeling lately. Racing super soon!!
