Relaxing Video to Watch Before Sleep: Easy Abstract Acrylic Painting DIY - Mixed Media Art Journal - Unintentional ASMR

Hi friends! This is my first ever art video. I filmed myself when I made an abstract acrylic mixed media painting in my art journal. First I made a heavy texture with shredded paper mixed with some white gesso. Then I used mainly Lemon Yellow and Prussian Blue colors to paint over it. In the end I added some marks with water-soluble wax oil pastels. I hope you will enjoy watching it. Sit back and relax!
