My 7 Year Transformation #3

I found some old posing footage (yikes) 🤣so I wanted to start sharing some transformation content💥

My fitness journey timeline so far;
- 2011 (Started lifting)
- 2013 (Stopped due to Partying …😢)
- 2014 (Re-started)
- 2016 (Clip A)
-2023 (now)

I love this quote so much; “The body achieves what the mind believes”.

You can really achieve anything you want in life if you are willing to work hard for it. This is what my bodybuilding/fitness journey has shown me. 🫶

I have used the same focus and discipline towards all aspects of my life with great success so far ✅.

I am blessed to have the support of my friends and family, I will not let you down 🥰🫡
