Ukraine: U.S. support for Kyiv is not weakening

Ukraine's top diplomat, Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said on Monday (October 2) that Washington's support for Kyiv was not weakening, and played down the significance of a stopgap funding bill passed by U.S. Congress that omitted aid to Ukraine.
