Indonesian soup with chicken and vegetables
Healthy food is food that should contain a variety of nutrients needed by the body. The body needs various kinds of nutrients to stay healthy and growth can run optimally. The requirements for healthy food (4 healthy 5 perfect), namely clean, have good and balanced nutrition. A healthy food balance is food that contains carbohydrates, protein, fat and vitamins.
Material :
Chicken breast to taste then cut according to taste
Broth :
Add a little ginger to the boiled chicken bones so they don't smell fishy, boil for about 15 minutes then remove the bones.
Vegetable ingredients:
Broccoli, carrots, peas, leeks, celery, salt, Royco, sugar, white pepper
Shallots, fried shallots
How to make :
All ingredients are cut according to taste
Then add the carrots to the chicken stock then add the broccoli, once the carrots are half cooked, add the peas, tomatoes then season the soup with salt, royco, sugar and pepper.
Check the taste, if the taste is right then turn off the heat then add the tomato slices, celery, leeks, onions and fried shallots.
and the soup is ready to be served
